We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2022, at the age of 74, Teresa Gay Spencer in Westfield, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas D. Spencer; and her parents, Palmer Pattishall and Virginia Pattishall. She is survived by: her children, Patricia R. Spencer (Trish), Heather R. Spencer and T. Ryan Spencer; her grandchildren, Haley, Katie, McKaiden, Hannah and Sarah; and her siblings, Larry Davis, Carolyn Chipman, Linda Hollar and Cathy Oldham. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
