She was predeceased by: her father Hobert Shelton; her husband Roy Davis Willard; and her sister Mary Ann Tate. She is survived by: her mother Louella Bowman Shelton; her daughter Shirley; her son-in-law James Bowman of Mt. Airy, NC; her sons, Bobby Willard of Mt. Airy, NC and Roger Willard of Westfield, NC; her grandchildren, Michael Willard, Joshua Willard, Corey Jones, Samantha Willard and Isabella Willard; her siblings, Irene (Allen Lewis) of Mt. Airy, NC, Marilyn Irvin of Mt. Airy, NC, Joann Marshall of Mt. Airy, NC and Johnny Ray; and her sister-in-law Gail Shelton of Lowgap, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Following Covid19 regulations a funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Word of God Baptist Church in Asbury, NC with Revs.
