It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney King Sr. (Westfield, North Carolina), born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ray and Rachel Simmons King; and his sister Patricia King. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Jones King; his son Rodney Ray King, II; his daughter-in-law Courtney; and his grandchildren, Sam King, Nora King and Peter King.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Brown Mountain Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
