It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Edward Chappell of Westfield, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Chappell and Mildred Chappell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Chappell; his daughter Victoria Barefoot (Austin Gray); his friends, John Woodlief (Kayla), Patricia "Pat", Andy Stevenson, Lonnie Edmonds and Andy Simpson; and also Lily.
