She was predeceased by: her parents, Turner Oliver Miller and Effie Mae Carroll Miller; her husband Haskell Johnny Leftwich; her children, Patty Lynn Leftwich and Tommy Lee Leftwich; and her brothers, Johnny Miller and Dennis Miller.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Leftwich; her grandchildren, Wendy, Dale Easter, Elijah Leftwich, Dillon Leftwich and Stacee Leftwich (Terry Throckmorton); her sisters, Virginia Watson and Nancy Hurley; and her friend Vanessa Payne.
