He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Martin and Vergie Jackson Martin; and his siblings, Caleb Martin, Wade Martin, Ethel Riddle Inman and Eugenia Martin Jessup.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Niten Martin; his children, Danny Ray Martin (Delanna Watson) and Tammy Martin Joyce; his son-in-law Rodney; his brother Sammy Gray Martin; his sister-in-law Janice; his sister Glenda Martin Alberty; his brother-in-law Ray; his grandchildren, Jessica, Brittany and Elijah; and his stepgrandchildren, Allison and Ryan.
