He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hicks Johnson; his daughter Lisa Johnson (Ronald); his grandchildren, Lakin Shelton, Austin Shelton, Kloey Coe and Tristen Coe; his great grandchild Kimber Shelton; and his siblings, Betty Henry, Gaye Tilley (Donnie), Anne McBride (James) and Jimmy Johnson (Helen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
