He is survived by: his wife Sheila Bullin Palmer; his children, Kellie Beth Palmer and Cory Dean Palmer; his sister Judy; his siblings-in-law, Tim Pittman, Sandy and Jeff Sizemore; his parents-in-law, James and Doris Bullin; his nieces, Hannah Pittman, Neely and Natalie Sizemore; and his great-niece Liliana Torres. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
