She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Clyde Flippin; and her son Robert Earl Flippin. She is survived by: her siblings, Clarence "Red" Allen, Joyce Allen Carter, Jacob Allen, Martha Allen Ketner and James Allen; her children, Sharon Stone (Larry) of Pilot Mountain, Gary Flippin (Phyllis) of Mount Airy and Allen Flippin of Claudville, VA; and her close friend Maryln Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Asbury Pentecostal Holiness Church cemetery fund.
