She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Boles and Lydia Allen Boles; her husband Larry D. Bundy; her brother Larry Boles; and her granddaughter Deborah Maxi Bundy.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie D. Bundy, Lisa B. Prevette (Dwayne), Debra L. Bundy and Kay L. Johnson (Tony); her sister Lyn Rehm; her significant other Ellis Whitt; her grandchildren, Bryan Bundy, Arissa Johnson and Emily Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Selena Ramos and Anthony Reyes.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association in her honor.
