He is survived by: his son Bruce; his parents, Roy Inman and Hattie Lowe Inman; his grandparents, Alice Lowe and Luther Lowe; his son Ken; his wife Barbara Love Lowe; his son Kenneth W. Lowe (Julia) of Sea Island, GA; his grandson Brandon Allen Lowe (Tricia) of Westfield; his daughter-in-law Teresa Ashbaugh Lowe of Beaufort, SC; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Rentz (Jennifer) and Tracy Rentz (Paul Robins) of Columbia, SC; and his sister Barbara Jean McMillan of Pilot Mountain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
