He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles and Mildred Cowan Ritch; and his son David Joseph Ritch. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Meiners; his children, William Nathaniel Ritch of Michigan and Lindsey Taylor (Nathan) of Raeford, NC; and his stepsons, Rick Meiners of Bahamas, Joe Meiners of Michigan and Scott Meiners of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
