William Evert Burchett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Evert Burchett of West Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away on November 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evert David and Elizabeth Rutterford Burchett; and his sons, Jack Burchett, Richard Burchett and Dane Burchett.
He is survived by: his sisters, Irene Woodruff of Elkin and Naida Chambers of Elkin; his granddaughters, Teresa Goodman and Brenda Everhart; his great grandchild Tanner Goodman; and his daughter Jean Taylor of West Jefferson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
