Though Sue Polk may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Polk and Mary Smith Polk. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Leon Miller; her sons, Mike Miller (Lori) of Jefferson and Casey Miller (Misty) of West Jefferson; and her siblings, Janet Purdue of Traphill, Tina Davis of Lansing and Jeff Polk of West Jefferson. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Ashelawn Memorial Gardens (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640).
