She is survived by: her mother Sarah Carico Blevins of West Jefferson; her husband James Rash; her siblings, Billy Joe Childress III of West Jefferson, Jason Rick Blevins of West Jefferson, Dreama Rene Blevins of Damascus, VA and Audrey Marie Blevins of West Jefferson; her uncle Danny Ray Carico of Sparta; her nieces, Kristy and Malinda; and her adoptive children, Hannah and Kenneth.
