It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Lewis of West Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Winfield and Bertha Clyde Shepherd Miller; her husband Harry Dean Lewis "Pete"; and her siblings, Doris Miller, Opal Dutton, Helen Weaver, Brian Miller, Norman Miller, Orvil Miller and Russ Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Dean Lewis (Tina) of Creston and Christopher Allen Lewis of West Jefferson; and her brother Burl Dean Miller of Lansing. She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
