She was predeceased by: her parents, James Osborne and Leler Eastridge Osborne; and her husband Everett Orville Barker. She is survived by: her children, Steve Barker of West Jefferson, Roger Barker of West Jefferson, Hank Barker of Wilkesboro, Hazel Burgess of Salisbury and Margie Burgess of Jefferson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
