He is survived by: his children, Mary Monroe (Phyllis) of Colorado, Robert Rash (Missi) of Creston, Richard Rash (Tracie) of West Jefferson and Randall Rash (Vanessa) of West Jefferson; his grandchildren, Chris, Austin, Courtney, Breanna, Gracie and Hope; his great grandchildren, Bladen, Blakely, Emma, Olivia and Sylus; and his siblings, Etta Taylor, Sandra Rash, Ronnie, Gregory, Barney, Leroy and Dean Rash. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
