Though Robert Phillip may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Haire and Pauline Jackson Haire; and his former wife Nancye Smathers Haire. He is survived by: his wife Connie M. Haire; his brother Earle R. Haire (Patricia); and his children, Phillip Haire (Ann), Scott Haire (Sharon), Tate Haire (Jenny) and Anne Collins. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (77 Jackson St, Sylva, NC 28779).
