She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Woods and Sybil Yates Woods; her husband Frederick Loeb; and her sisters, Kathy Woods and Gracie Wagoner.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Arlene Main (Jeffery) of Shady Valley, TN and Roger Dale Malone of Boone; and her siblings, Gene of Ashe County, Richard of Ashe County, Robert of Ashe County, Kenneth Woods of Ashe County, Johnny Woods, Shelia Medley of Ashe County and Doreen Butler. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
