Orpah touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Horst and Katie Horst. She is survived by: her spouse Dr. Elam S. Kurtz; her children, Karen Kurtz Gross, Michael Kurtz (Karen Christy Kurtz), Becky Kurtz (Paul Kvinta) and Dr. Kevin Kurtz (Beth Barnette Kurtz); her grandchildren, Amanda, Conrad (Morgan), Josh (Tara), Anna (Adam), Carter, Kenan and Marcela; her great grandchildren, Wesley, Micah, Cyrus and Sophia Mae; her brother John Horst (June); and her son-in-law Joel Gross.
