She is survived by: her children, Herbert C. Meadows, II of Front Royal, VA, Steven C. Meadows (Connie) of Phoenix, AZ and Katherine M. Weaver (Gary) of Fleetwood; and her sister Caroline Milmoe of Virginia Beach, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
