She was predeceased by: her father Howard Bane "Bub" Adams; and her close friend Pam Cox. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Smith Campbell; her brother Jason Adams (Miranda); and her nephews, Andrew Adams and Tyler Adams. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Troutdale Fire and Rescue or Rugby Fire and Rescue.
