She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Daniel Hohman, Sr. and Anna Marie Havronek Hohman; and her siblings, Frederick Hohman, Jr., Daniel Hohman, Charles Hohmann, Frank Hohman, Bobby Hohman, Blanche Thomas and Kitty Kaylor.
She is survived by: her husband Richard James Smartnick; her children, Wendy Sue Smartnick Lung (Loren) of West Jefferson, James Scott Smartnick (Lisa) of Greenville and Neil Brian Smartnick (Donna) of Knoxville, TN; and her siblings, Bill Hohman of New Alexandria, PA and Mary Stickles of Jeanette, PA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
