It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marylyn Webster of West Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Andrew and Daisy Maines Webster; her husband Shirley "Jack" Webster; and her son Grant Webster. She is survived by: her son James Webster of Charlotte; her siblings, Junior Miller of Winston Salem, Ellen Phipps of West Jefferson, Barbara Miller of Lenoir, Sue Jordan of Fleetwood, Ann Elliott of West Jefferson and Patsy Simmons (Scott) of West Jefferson; her grandchildren, Aaron Webster (Hannah), Justin Webster (Natalie), Shawn Webster (Jennifer) and Lori Bowen (Erick); and her great grandchildren, Collin Webster, Layla Webster, Jack, Ruby Webster, Brooks and Callie Bowen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
