She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitch Blevins and Hattie Pennington Blevins; her children, Patricia Ann Shumate (Bower Shumate) and Gary Shumate; her brothers, Brant and Bryce Blevins; and her son-in-law Buford Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Wilson of West Jefferson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
