In the vast expanse of eternity, Lettie Ruth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lettie Ruth farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Ashley (Greg) of Greensboro, NC and Carol Elliot of Deep Gap, NC; her grandson Chris Ashley (Ann Marie); her great grandchildren, Morgan and Drew Ashley; and her nephew Tommy Anderson (Cheryl) of Jefferson.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Boone Family Funeral Home (2005 Mt Jefferson Rd, West Jefferson, NC 28694).
The family kindly requests no food, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Friendly Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, c/o Friendly Grove Baptist Church, 444 Buck Mountain Rd, West Jefferson, NC 28692.
