She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Donald and Betty Jean Kernes Foster. She is survived by: her husband Amos Dee Jones; her sister Cecile Stanley of Wilkesboro; and her half-sister Marie Welborn of Lenoir. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
