She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Sanford and Edna Marie Wilcox Jones. She is survived by: her husband David Hardin; her sons, Michael Emerson of Jefferson and Matthew Hardin (Tiffany) of Boone; and her brother Jimmy Jones (Debbie) of West Jefferson. She is also survived by two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
