He was predeceased by: his father John Wade Stevens; and his siblings, Kay Stevens and Jerry Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Imogene Gentry Stevens of Jefferson; his wife Rita Richardson Stevens; his children, Jason Norris (Dorian) of Todd, Jennifer Simmons (Chris) of Todd, Hannah Stevens of North Wilkesboro and Abbey Stevens of West Jefferson; his siblings, Jimmy Stevens of West Jefferson, Jeffery Stevens of West Jefferson and Karen McMillian of Jefferson; and his children, Cancer Research7301 Ohms Lane, Suite, Heart AssociationPO Box and Dallas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
