He was predeceased by: his father James Monroe; and his wife Pearl Dillard Church. He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Church of Wilkesboro, Ricky Church of Rock Creek and Tony Church of Millers Creek. He is also survived by Four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
