Jay C. Roark Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay C. Roark of West Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Roark and Emma Roten Roark; his brothers, James Roark, Bruce Roark, Ray Roark, Fred Roark, Raleigh Roark and Dillard Roark; and his half-sister Thelma Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Powers Roark; his daughter Marla Roark of Jefferson; and his granddaughter Abby Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
