We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2020, at the age of 71, Janis Pennington (West Jefferson, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Willard Goss and Ardeen Taylor Goss Boyer. She is survived by: her husband Duane Pennington; her daughters, Christy Michelle Pennington of West Jefferson and Heather Elaine Pennington of West Jefferson; her siblings, Jesse Clint Goss (Joann) of Texas and Wanda Lee Goss Baker (James) of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Megan Gale Neaves, Jesse David Earp, MaKayla Belle Earp and Tanner Phillip Grogan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
