He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Linney and Annie Fay Hartzog Blackburn. He is survived by: his parent-in-law Lynelle Owen; his wife Lynelle Owen Blackburn; his sons, Ronald Dean Blackburn (Maria) of Lexington and Philip Owen Blackburn of Pfafftown; his brother Drs; and his grandchildren, Heather Anne Blizek (Ryan) of West Jefferson, Kristian Owen Blackburn of Pfafftown, Dylan Evan Blackburn of Lexington and Chad Edward Blackburn of Lexington.
