He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryce Hurley and Josephine Mullis Hurley; and his brother Billy Hurley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cole Hurley; his children, Justin Hurley (Jennifer Barker) of Crumpler, Domanique Medrano (Rayna Walker) of West Jefferson and Julie Hurley Mobley of Wilkesboro; his stepdaughter Jessica Billing of Oregon; his siblings, George Hurley (Judy) of Crumpler, Benny Hurley (Vickie) of West Jefferson and Ruth Neaves (Jerry Atwood) of Lansing; his grandchildren, Britney Hurley and Cannan Carpenter; his great grandchild Taylon Blevins; and his pet Brownie. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
