She is survived by: her husband Jose Antonio Mendoza Vega; her children, Rosario Mendoza of West Jefferson, Juliana Karr (Bruce) of Fleetwood, Jose Mendoza of Chicago and Ivan Mendoza (Iris) of Chicago; and her brothers, Zandor De La Cuba of Knoxville, TN and Carlos De La Cuba of Chicago. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
