Georgia Bare Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Georgia Bare (West Jefferson, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wayne "Rob" Bare. She is survived by: her children, Billy Bare of Millers Creek and Susan Hardin (Eddie) of West Jefferson; her sister Marie Dillard of Glendale Springs; and her grandchildren, Travis Bare of Jefferson, Stephanie Hardin Washington (Shaun) of Hampstead, NC, Rusty Bare, Ethan Bare, Noah Bare, Gabriel Washington and Eva Washington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glendale Springs Missionary Baptist Church (249 J W Luke Rd, West Jefferson, NC 28694). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
