He was predeceased by: his spouse Foye Mae Simms; and his brother Daniel Dollar. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Sparrow; his close friend Judy Sheets; his children, Ernest A., Suzanne Dollar Jr., Shannon and Michael Green; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Elijah, Victoria, Kilby and Kinsey.
