She is survived by: her son Gale Dean Howell Jr. (Butch); her sister Gertie; her husband Gale; her grandson Trey; her great grandchild Anthony; her sister Juliette Sige; her grandchildren, Candace Howell Shamblin (Jay), Dustin Clay Howell (Penny) and Michael Timothy Howell; and her great grandchildren, Trae, Quinton (Maria), Nicolas, Irelynn and Cainan.
