She is survived by: her husband Lowell Penley; and her children, Ricky Penley (Diane Houck) of Todd, Mikey Penley (Joann Stanton) of Sparta, Rita Lambert (Michael) of Fleetwood and Sheila Johnson (Jeff) of West Jefferson.
