He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Junior Roark, Sr. and Mae Stanley Roark; and his siblings, Blanche Roark, Wilma Tolson, Estel, J. R., Quince, Jack, Robert, Luke, Bill, Grover and Jewel Roark.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Roark of Thomasville, Annette McCormick of Lexington and Sheri Debusk of Lexington; and his siblings, Dorothy Hopkins of West Jefferson and Clay Roark of Creston. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
