He was predeceased by: his parent Manuel Houck; and his siblings, Connie Walton, Dorothy Taylor, Lula Belle Michael, Edward Houck and Millard Houck.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Beck Houck; his daughter Donna Poole (Tim) of Lexington; his brother Clyde Houck (Mae) of Lexington; and his grandson Dalton Poole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
