He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Johnson; his parents, Millard Johnson and Virginia Johnson; his siblings, E. R. Johnson and Betty Jo Johnson (Josie) of Fairbanks, AK; and his cousin Bob Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney Johnson (Kim) of Lansing, Chad Johnson (Michelle) of Jefferson and Rebecca Doll (Anthony) of Hillsborough; his grandchildren, Noah Johnson, Sara Johnson, Piper Johnson, Owen Doll, Madeline Doll and Olivia Doll; his sister Linda Johnson; his close friends, James Combs (Jimbo) and Kevin Houck of Jefferson; and his pet Tiger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
