He is survived by: his wife Judy Eldreth Testerman; his children, Jeff Testerman (Megan Coffey) of West Jefferson and Sherrie McElhaney (Mike) of Fleetwood; his brother William Testerman of New Mexico; his grandchildren, Michaela McElhaney, Lauren Testerman and Kristen Testerman; and his stepgrandchildren, Nolan Watkins and Chace Coffey.
