We bid farewell to Dale Baldwin of West Jefferson, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 3, 2024 at the age of 93. Dale touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Baldwin and Caroline Goodman Baldwin; and his siblings, Ron, Rad, Dean, Hugh, Winston Baldwin, Wilma Leahey, Jessie Baldwin and Dona Hardin Wilcox.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Dale Baldwin (Jean) and Barbara Lynn Baldwin; his siblings, Robert Charles Baldwin (Swansie) and Melba Sue Baldwin Jones; his granddaughter Dolores Miller of West Jefferson; his great grandchildren, Caroline Richardson (Cody) and Isaiah Miller; and his great great grandchildren, Ameryth, Ryia, Leyland and Atlas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mount Jefferson Presbyterian Church (201 S Jefferson Ave, West Jefferson, NC 28694). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
