It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Ann Hicks of West Jefferson, North Carolina, born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Ganes Hicks. She is survived by: her siblings, Wayne Hicks (Jane) of Welch and Sue Hicks of Abingdon; and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Dolan (John), Amy "Cheryl" Gray, Wayne Hicks II (Tisha) and Scott Hicks (Julie).
