He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Reeves and Renia Jones Ward of Virginia; his brother Bill Ward; and his niece Crystal Dawn Ward. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stanley Ward; his son Greg Ward (Michelle) of Mt. Airy; his stepsons, Matt Key of Laurel Springs and Andy Key of Newton; and his sister Linda Keyton of Sparta. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
