He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Edith Potter Brown; and his sister Susanne Church. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Woods Brown; his daughter Kim Miller (Donnie) of West Jefferson; his grandsons, Dakota Miller (Andriea Villarruel) and Cheyenne Miller; his great grandchild Kayson Miller of West Jefferson; and his siblings, Ruth Bare of West Jefferson, Rita Brown of Creston and Jack Bennie Brown of Creston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
