She is survived by: her children, Rick Hartzog, Debbie Osborne, Diane Shumate, Michael Hartzog and David Hartzog; and her grandchildren, Steve Hartzog, Tim Hartzog, Brandon Hartzog, Matthew Hartzog, Brandon Osborne, Daniel Osborne, Emily Hartzog, Jason Hartzog, Hannah Hartzog, Tara Hartzog, Gary Shumate, Mark Shumate and Amber Williams. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
