She is survived by: her sons, Jim Phillips (Charlene) of Clayton, NC, Dan Phillips of West Jefferson, NC and George Phillips, III (Nelly) of Northern Cambria, PA; and her siblings, John Fabian of Frewsburg, NY, Barbara Fabian of Jacksonville, FL and Margaret Greene of Buffalo, NY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
